1.Designed for food flexible packaging and printing & converting lamination lines. The optimized die lip geometry shortens the air gap between the die and the substrate, ensuring uniform polymer distribution even at high line speeds of 200–300 m/min.
2. Equipped with an on-the-run internal deckling system and trimless technology, effectively reducing edge trim waste without interrupting production.
3.Can be integrated with an Automatic Die Control System to enhance production stability during high-speed operation.
