What’s the application of feed block to co-extrusion line ?
For co-extrusion line, feed block function is for making layer structure clear, precision control layer ration, reduce production cost.
How many layers that feed block can process? What’s the adjusting range of each layer?
2 to 11 layers is mainly application of feed block, customized feed block can process over hundred layers product. The adjusting range for each layer is 5 to 10%
What’s the difference between feed block with die and multi manifold die?
Polymers with similar properties and working temperature can be processed by feed block with die, multi manifold die is used for process different properties and working temperature of polymer, it can handle working temperature difference around 30℃
How to solve uneven distribution of feed block?
Via lever arm or distribution pin for fine adjustment, please follow operation manual for adjustment.
