GMA Machinery Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based manufacturer of extrusion dies, slot die coating dies, roll-to-roll coating systems, feedblocks, coextrusion dies, automatic die systems, and die repair services. Since 1989, GMA has supported manufacturers in sheet extrusion, film extrusion, coating, lamination, optical materials, battery materials, medical applications, flexible packaging, green energy, semiconductors, and other high-precision industrial fields.

With decades of experience in die design, precision machining, polymer flow analysis, in-house electroplating, assembly, and quality inspection, GMA helps customers solve key production challenges such as thickness variation, coating uniformity, die lip precision, flow distribution, material changeover, and long-term tooling stability.

Over more than three decades, GMA has grown from a precision tooling workshop into a global supplier of extrusion and coating die solutions. Our products are used by customers across Europe, Asia, and the Americas in industries including optical sheets and films, medical materials, battery materials, flexible packaging, automotive films, functional films, semiconductors, and plastic sheet extrusion.

Every critical step of our process is completed within our own facility, from design and machining to polishing, electroplating, assembly, and final quality inspection. Our manufacturing floor is equipped with advanced CNC machining centers, precision grinding and polishing systems, CAE polymer flow analysis tools, and 3D CAD/CAM software.

By keeping key processes in-house, GMA maintains better control over precision, lead time, quality consistency, and long-term service support.

The Meaning Behind GMA

GMA stands for Global Machinery Association.

Global reflects our vision from the beginning: to build a company capable of serving customers across the world.

Machinery represents the evolution of our technical foundation. GMA began with precision mold and die manufacturing, and over time expanded into extrusion dies, coating dies, feedblocks, automatic die systems, and related precision manufacturing solutions.

Association represents our role as a long-term partner within the global machinery and manufacturing network. GMA works closely with machinery manufacturers, material suppliers, converters, and production partners to solve practical production challenges through engineering collaboration.

The two horizontal bars at the center of the GMA logo represent the extrusion die itself: two precision steel components joined together with symmetry, consistency, and balance. The circular frame symbolizes the connection interface between the die and the extruder or flange, where molten polymer enters the die and begins its transformation into a flat sheet or film.

The red center represents plastic taking shape under heat and pressure, emerging with controlled flow, uniform thickness, and stable output. This is the defining moment of the extrusion process, and it is the result every GMA die is engineered to deliver.
